Check your portrait’s progress by finding your code in the queue!
Each order is listed using the first letter of your first name, followed by a dash (-) and the first three letters of your last name.

If you see a number next to your name, it means you ordered more than one portrait.

Example:
Taylor Rodriguez → T-ROD
If two portraits were ordered, it would appear as T-ROD#1 / T-ROD#2 ... and so on.
